We had lots of visitors this week and the puppies all get excited when anyone goes into the room with them. They like to bite at toes and ankles and have sharp little teeth.
The whelping box was removed at the end of last week and they have a large pen plus crate to play and sleep in.
They enjoy playing with toys but seem to prefer puppy tumbles together. They drink regularly from their water bowl and so far haven't managed to tip it over
The weather hasn't been suitable for playing in the garden but the puppies have had a short while out there towards the end of the week.
Inca is still giving them the odd top up feed and she stands while they all sit beneath her wagging their tails. One of Inca's teats seems to have given up on the milk production or is not easily accessible because there is usually one puppy running round in circles around her. They are all gaining weight and eat well at meal times.
Puppies were given a 2nd dose of worming suspension at the start of the week.
